European Craft on the World Stage: Vilmers at Salone del Mobile Milano 2026.

There are few places in the world where a piece of furniture is asked to speak for itself as clearly as in Milan. Each April, the design world gathers at Salone del Mobile, and this year — the fair's 64th edition, drawing more than 1,900 exhibitors from across the globe — Vilmers was proud to be among them, carrying a quietly confident message from our workshops in to the international stage.
Vilmers stand 1

A presence built on craft, not noise.

Since 1997, Vilmers has been guided by a single conviction: that comfort is something you build by hand, one considered decision at a time. Every sofa, bed and chair we make is crafted in our European facilities, where Scandinavian restraint meets a deep respect for material and a commitment to sustainable, low-waste production. Milan gave us the setting to show what that philosophy looks like when it is invited into the light — and to meet, face to face, the designers, retailers and partners who bring our work into homes around the world.

Our international presence has never been about volume. It is about consistency: the same care in a living room in Vilnius as in a showroom in Milan, London or beyond. Salone del Mobile is where that consistency is tested against the best in the industry, and where new relationships take shape.

Introducing the new collection.

At the heart of our stand was a new collection that reflects where Vilmers is heading — softer silhouettes, honest materials and a modularity that lets each customer shape a piece around their own life.

Seven new sofas anchored the debut. TANSY, ELM, TODD, CALLA, FLORA, MARIGOLD and VERBENA each explore a different idea of what a modern sofa can be — from generous, enveloping seating to lighter, more architectural forms — while sharing the tailoring and comfort that define the Vilmers name.

Rest took centre stage with our new beds, PURE FLOW and PURE AIR — designs conceived around calm, breathable comfort and a clean, contemporary presence in the bedroom.

Completing the launch was the PHANT footstool collection, a versatile family of pieces that extends the language of our seating into flexible, playful accents for the home.

Bestsellers that travel well.

Alongside the new arrivals, we brought the pieces our customers already know and love — proof that good design endures.

The BILLOW, BEACH and ASPEN sofas returned as enduring favourites, joined by our much-loved IVY, SHELL and MAPLE chairs. Placing these bestsellers beside the new collection told the fuller story of Vilmers: a house that keeps refining what works while continuing to reach for something new.

Looking ahead.

Salone del Mobile Milano 2026 was more than an exhibition for us. It was a reminder of why we do this work — to make comfortable, beautiful, responsibly made furniture that feels at home anywhere in the world. To everyone who visited our stand, shared a conversation or simply sank into one of our sofas: thank you. We are already looking forward to what comes next.
